“as long as you pay your rent on time we are happy to have you as our tenant for life!”

“What Kind of tenancy will I have?”
All tenancies begin as a 6 month AST Contract (Assured Shorthold Tenancy). At the end of the 6 month AST period, providing there are no arrears or other issues outstanding on your account, the paperwork you sign when you move into the property, enables us to turn the tenancy automatically into a rolling monthly contract.
With the paperwork being signed at the start of the tenancy this means there are no further signatures required and this is to the benefit of you, once the 6 month AST has run out and your tenancy becomes a rolling monthly contract you only need to give us 1 month notice to leave the tenancy.
“What happens when I pay my deposit (commonly known as a bond)?”
Your deposit (bond) will be held in the Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS) – a government backed scheme which gives tenants the security that your bond will be returned to you providing you have adhered to the terms and conditions of your tenancy. for more information on the DPS please click here
