- This Page is to report a fault that is an EMERGENCY only – for example a severe leak.
- Genuine emergency’s will be called back. If we believe the fault is not an immediate threat to life then we will contact you on our next working day. You should always call 999 when it is an emergency such as when there is danger to life or when a crime is in progress. If you smell gas/suspect a leak or loss of supply, call the gas emergency number on 0800 111 999. If you have or suspect an electrical power cut, call the National Power Cut helpline on 105. If you have a water emergency, call 0800 052 0130 or for sewerage or flooding emergencies call 0800 085 3968. Please note, if we have to attend an out of hours emergency which is not deemed an emergency you will be charged a call out fee as noted in your Tenancy Agreement.
