For all tenancies you are usually expected to provide the below:
At least 1 month rent in advance- A deposit
- Identification
- A Guarantor – NON Negotiable if you are not able to provide a deposit
- Identification
- Proof of Housing Benefit Entitlement (If any)
All information you require will be included within your tenancy pack
