To register as a landlord with Kevin Green Lettings and benefit from our expertise there is a one off £500 Fee- There is no additional tenant finding fee and likewise we do not charge prospective tenants a fee, therefore we have a greater demand for properties under our control.
- We let properties quickly, maximising cash-flow returns – it is very common for an empty Kevin Green property to be filled the same day as the last tenant vacated (obviously providing no work is required).
- We have teams of self-employed workmen – builders, plasterers, gas safe registered plumbers, electricians, double glazers, painters and decorators and general handymen – you will benefit from the low prices that they charge.
- We have extremely low pre-negotiated rates with many suppliers, joining Kevin Green Lettings as a fully managed Landlord will mean you will also benefit from these prices.
- For full letting and management of your properties there is a 8% charge on all rent due.
